Each product is made to order and printed especially for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or change of mind. However, we want you to love your order — so if there’s an issue, we’ll make it right.


All Sales Are Final

Since our items are custom printed on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size ordered
  • Change of mind
  • Color or design preference

Please review the size guide and product details on listings carefully before placing your order.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 15 days of delivery at info@allysonjthomasart.com

Include the following details so we can assist you quickly:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos clearly showing the problem

Once verified, we’ll arrange for a replacement at no extra cost.


Lost or Missing Packages

If your package doesn’t arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, please reach out to us at info@allysonjthomasart.com
We’ll work with our print provider to investigate and, if necessary, send a replacement.
